This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a local food delivery number. Sylvia’s exceptional service during breakfast made my stay memorable. I'll be back for Christmas!

The room was decent in size and clean, but I felt it needed some updating, especially in the bathroom. The decor had a bit of a manly vibe, and I noticed most guests were male workers. I wished there was a fridge or a safety deposit box. it was okay for a quick stay but not super cozy or inviting.

I had a clean and comfy room, loved the affordable breakfast options, and the shuttle made getting around a breeze! Would definitely stay again!

Convenient and chill

I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the free shuttle to the tube station. The room was clean, but a bit worn out. I enjoyed the bar area, which had decent prices. The parking fee was kinda high at £12, but overall, it’s a good spot if you're heading to Wembley or just need a place to crash.

Just an optimal selection for a weekend escape in Brent with good value. The food was good, and ample car park space was a plus.

Comfortable stay with good options for red meat from the menu, but the area poses serious safety concerns. Experiencing two vehicle break-ins in just weeks was frustrating, and the management offered little support or solutions. Given the high crime rate nearby, I won't be returning.

Had a wonderful stay! The standout was definitely the super comfy bed that gave me the best sleep I've had in ages! On the downside, parking was a bit tricky to navigate. 😅

the holiday inn offers a lovely stay with comfortable rooms and is conveniently close to brent cross shopping centre. the shuttle service is fantastic, especially the friendly driver shabani who made my trip enjoyable. my platinum elite status got me upgraded to an executive room, and the cleanliness throughout was impressive.

Solo traveller's honest take

The room was unexpectedly spacious, I mean two king beds! Honestly didn't need all that space for myself, but it felt like luxury. And the breakfast was pretty decent, they offered a good range even if I had the same thing every day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you pay for the comfort.

Clean rooms but limited parking and theft issues left us uneasy.

Had a great time, especially with the excellent breakfast service and attentive staff like Sylvia, who really went the extra mile. The food was consistently delicious and freshly prepared. Will definitely return.
